**Position Summary
As an “ **Amazon Business Development Manager **”, you will be responsible to design and lead Amazon business strategy and ultimately drive acquisition by leading Nespresso machine or coffee buyers to Nespresso direct channels. In this position, you will define and achieve business targets, improve New Members conversion, as well as design joint business plans to provide best-in-class digital user experience for the customers reaching Nespresso's products on Amazon. You will drive a cohesive growth strategy for both machines and coffees portfolio by delivering best in class brand presence, customer journey and sustainable commercial results that will set the benchmark for online.

**A Day in the Life of an Amazon Business Development Manager
- Design and propose strategic direction with a cohesive machine and coffee strategy within B2C ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and define Amazon “picture of success” to monitor performance
- Collaborate and influence cross-functionally by interacting with Trade, eCommerce, Performance media, Marketing, CRM, Supply Chain and Finance among others, to optimize terms, promotions/activations, merchandising and advertising investment, digital shelf, and overall customer experience.
- Have one holistic and global view of Amazon performance across markets and own the strategic relationship with Amazon Global Vendor Management and Amazon EU teams
- Create best-in class brand experience on and with Amazon through permanent content and effective promotional strategy to drive acquisition/ customers to NN direct channels
- Build insights to uncover successes/opportunities and turn them into actions to maximize channel performance.
- Coordinate local Amazon SPOC to build plans, create transparency, accelerate execution, gather knowledge and support effective market negotiations
- Raise overall Amazon knowledge by building and working within a global community of digital and commercial experts.
- Be the point of contact to Nestlé eCom teams, and the Global Amazon Acceleration Team to accelerate cross-fertilization and uncover new opportunities

**What will make you successful
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or related disciplines. MBA a plus
- At least 5 years Key Account or Sales manager experience working with/for Amazon Retail
- Experience in Strategic Planning required. Ability to develop and present a strategic vision to Senior Leadership, securing alignment and validation across multiple cross-functional business units plus external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Omni-channel business management and Customer centric mindset
- Strong Project Management skills with experience in strategic planning and execution required.
