Vice President Program Management

The VP Programs responsibilities include having in-depth knowledge and understanding of how to lead, optimize and successfully conclude projects.
Reporting to the COO you will work with leaders across our operations team allowing the leaders to focus on their core day to day activities while the VPP executes projects.
Your tasks
- Own and steer multiple projects within different subcategories of the operations department.
- Ability to run programs including several domains of expertise, e.g repair, engineering, facility and real estate management, operations digital transformation and logistics amongst others.
- Streamline, structure and simplify ways of working and efficiency within the assigned tasks
- Manage and encourage senior management stakeholder relationships
- Review, anticipate and shape existing and future needs within the repair organization
**Profile**:
- Proven work experience as a Senior Manager within the field of operations, preferably within the repair or production industry
- In-depth knowledge of strategies and methods to successfully carry out several projects at the same time.
- Excellent sense for prioritizing tasks, in a meaningful most business efficient way
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
- Experience in the MRO industry is a distinct advantage
