Vice President, Obesity Portfolio

**The Position**

In this role you’ll lead the commercial agenda of overall Obesity portfolio and be the sparring partner for regions, Business Areas, affiliates, IO management and global counterparts ensuring excellent execution of our Obesity strategy. Your tasks would include:

- Developing long
- and short-term Obesity business strategies and plans as well as driving a commercial agenda for full Obesity portfolio through strategic projects and initiatives
- Preparing the organisation for future launches whilst ensuring excellent execution of launch strategy across IO
- Working consistently with strategic and complex commercial Obesity challenges that require broad-based sustainable solutions involving other functions across Novo Nordisk
- Being able to orchestrate large scale win-win situations in complex stakeholder landscapes
- Identifying the needs and opportunities for overall strategic changes in the culture and organisation or in the way by which the Obesity business is positioned

**Qualifications**
- You bring your recent operational experience in Sales or Marketing at a regional or affiliate level
- You feel confident about articulating complex issues to key decision makers as well as analysing complex issues, utilising strategic thinking, and implementing tactical plans
- Experience in obesity is a significant advantage and so is a combined regional and operational experience as well as Portfolio management experience
- You have experience working across cultures and with multifunctional teams and in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
