Sie führen zwei kleine, agile Teams und widmen sich dem Financial-, Business
- und Strategie-Controlling sowie der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Reporting

- Darum geht'sDirekt dem Group CFO unterstellt, führen und entwickeln Sie Controlling und Reporting als zentrale strategische Instrumente weiter. Schwerpunkte sind:

- Führen und coachen der Teamleitungen Financial Controlling und Business Controlling
- Monatliches Reporting zuhanden Verwaltungsrat, Geschäftsleitung und Standortleitungen verantworten und entwickeln
- Financial Controlling sowie Business Controlling (Spartenrechnungen, Executive Summary Management) in strategischer und operativer Hinsicht weiterentwickeln
- Strategie-Controlling aufbauen und entwickeln
- Transfer Pricing/interne Leistungsverrechnung weiterentwickeln
- Budgetprozesse für die gesamte Gruppe planen und leiten
- Das braucht'sControlling ist Ihre Domäne, in der Sie sich zuhause fühlen und sich einen Leistungsausweis erarbeitet haben. Weitere Komponenten Ihres Profils sind:

- BWL-Studium mit Abschluss auf Stufe Master
- Weiterbildung in Controlling und/oder Rechnungslegung
- Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (OR, IFRS) und moderner Controlling-Instrumente (BI, SAP CO)
- Leitungserfahrung sowie wertschätzender und gewinnender Führungsstil
- Analytisches und strategisches Denken
- Interesse an der Recycling
- und Rohstoffbranche sowie an industriellen Prozessen
