**Your Role**

As an Operations Intern at our Zurich data center, you’ll support our team by contributing to process improvements, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll take part in projects to enhance operational efficiency, assist with audit preparations, and support sustainability efforts such as tracking energy usage.

You’ll also be involved in team activities like safety drills, retrospectives, and onboarding support for new colleagues. By working closely with departments like IT and security, you’ll gain valuable insight into data center operations and help document learnings and feedback to improve our tools and processes.

This internship is ideal for proactive learners who want to gain hands-on experience in a critical infrastructure environment.

**Your Profile**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Facility Management, IT, or another technical discipline
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes and safety standards
- Interest in data center operations, critical systems, and infrastructure technologies
- Communicative and collaborative, with working knowledge of English; German is a plus
- Eligible to work full-time for up to 12 months in Switzerland with a flexible working capacity (60%-100%).
- Motivated to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
