**Your role**:
We are seeking a driven and versatile Intern to support our Internationalisation and Business Operations initiatives. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational excellence, especially within the insurtech sectors. You’ll gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership across strategic and operational projects that span market expansion, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.

**\uD83D\uDD0D What You’ll Work On - Internationalization**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and assess new international opportunities.
- Evaluate regulatory and cultural environments to support go-to-market strategy development.
- Support the preparation of market entry recommendations and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on global trends and developments in the insurtech industry

**\uD83D\uDD0D What You’ll Work On - Operations**:

- Assist in analyzing and improving internal workflows across key business functions (operations, sales, finance, etc.).
- Collaborate with our Operations and Engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance internal tools.
- Support the design and implementation of dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs).
- Contribute to strategic analysis and internal documentation of business processes.

**\uD83D\uDEE0️ What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Analytical mindset** with a strong interest in market research and business operations.
- Solid understanding of, or keen interest in, the **insurance/Insurtech** sector.
- Exposure or willingness to learn about tools for **data analysis**, reporting, and/or automation.
- Excellent **communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Bonus: prior experience with market entry analysis or operational process improvement
