**Your role**
- Interested in working in finance, specifically working on data management projects, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Summer Internship Program.

You’ll get to:

- learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies etc.
- understand, document and optimize how business divisions and functions across the bank govern their critical data in line with firm’s data management framework
- analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations
- understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, Product Owners to advise solutions
- learn new technologies and support awareness sessions across teams
- work closely with cross-functional team members to improve our digital products

**Your team**
- The Group Data Management Office (GDMO) is responsible for embedding a data management culture into the organization by advocating for our strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data. The GDMO is part of GOTO Operations & COO and is made up of approximately 300 people based in multiple locations globally.

**Your expertise**
- is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
- analytical skills and a data driven mindset

**Your program**
- During your 9-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
