**Your role**

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Summer Internship Program.
You’ll get to:
- map, analyze, and enhance existing banking operations processes
- co-develop efficiency-driven tactical solutions
- contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the bank’s operations
- partner with cross-functional teams to improve our processes across divisions
**Your team**
- You will be part of the highly motivated Group Operations Process Management and Optimization team in Zurich. We offer you a chance to take on responsibility within an international and fast-paced environment. Our team develops meaningful process optimization strategies and acts as global hub for process management. We support teams in transforming their business and embed change into core processes while defining the global process framework and standards.
**Your expertise**
- is currently enrolled in studies, preferably in a MINT topic, and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
- has experience in business analysis and/or project delivery through courses or work experience
- has strong analytical skills paired with excellent presentation and communication skills
- is a dedicated problem solver who drives plans to success with a high level of service orientation
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.
You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
