Ux/ Cx Consultant

**What you're going to do**:
In this role at Adnovum, you take on the following tasks:

- Representing the user's (customer’s, employee’s) point of view throughout the entire software development cycle - both on the client side and internally within the project
- Creating and giving convincing client presentations and pitches (with storytelling, mockups)
- Planning and facilitating workshops with clients
- Collaborating in public tenders
- Building bridges by coaching and introducing design principles, guidelines, and patterns to business analysts and software developers

**What we're looking for**:

- Degree of higher education in the field of HCI / CX / UX / Interaction Design / Strategic Design or similar
- Experience in CX/UX consulting and/or business development
- Experience in product and/or service design (in the role of a designer or design strategist)
- Experience with Figma (Sketch, Axure is a plus) and Miro
- Understanding of accessibility, but also of technical factors (HTML/CSS/JavaScript and common frameworks) that influence the design
- Experienced and confident in cooperating directly with customers and users
- Very good command of German and English
