Our client, a leading educational establishment based in Lausanne, is looking to strengthen its adminsitrative and Support team with the hiring of an:
**Administrative Assistant - 100%**

The role, working in close collaboration with the faculty and professors, is to provide high level administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the various departments.

Your responsibilities:

- General administrative tasks linked to the department
- Prepare teaching materials and documents
- Organise logistics for meetings and classes
- Manage agendas and travel/accomodation
- Manage expense claims

Your profile:

- CFC or equivalent in a commercial or hospitality field
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
- Team player and ability to manage stress and deadlines
