Description du poste

La Faculté d’économie et de management - GSEM de l’Université de Genève recherche un-e assistant-e doctorant-e à temps complet pour son Institute of Management (IoM). L'Institut de management compte plus de 30 chercheurs-euse de renom qui réalisent des recherches de pointe dans les principaux domaines du management. Les résultats de nos recherches sont régulièrement publiés dans des revues universitaires de premier ordre.

En parallèle, en tant qu’assistant-e doctorant-e, il/elle devra apporter un soutien aux activités d’enseignement du professeur et encadrer des cours de niveau bachelor et master, tels que le cours de Digital Marketing ainsi que Minds & Machines, un cours portant sur la prise de décision humaine à l’ère de l’IA. Ces tâches impliquent par exemple l'animation de travaux dirigés, la préparation du matériel des cours, et la correction des examens ainsi que la supervision de mémoires de master.

Titre et compétences exigés

- Master en marketing, management, psychologie, informatique, interaction homme-machine, ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Solides compétences en statistiques appliquées, conception expérimentale et/ou machine learning.
- Des connaissances dans la conception et l’analyse d’expériences quantitatives (en laboratoire, sur le terrain ou en ligne) est vivement souhaitée.
- Maîtrise de R ou Python pour la modélisation statistique, l’analyse expérimentale ou le traitement de données non structurées.
- Connaissances en traitement automatique du langage naturel (TALN) pour l’analyse de données textuelles non structurées (par ex. : avis de consommateurs, transcriptions de conversations) constituent un atout important.
- Intérêt démontré pour les thèmes liés au comportement du consommateur, à la prise de décision, ou aux dimensions psychologiques des technologies.
- Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais (oral et écrit). La connaissance du français constitue un atout.
- Motivation, autodiscipline et esprit d’initiative pour mener à bien une thèse de doctorat.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à collaborer au sein d’équipes de recherche interdisciplinaires.
