Paid Media Lead

ECCO Europe in Switzerland, Zug, is looking for a Paid Media Lead to be an integral part of our Digital Marketing team, that delivers revenue through our paid channels.

Our new Paid Media Lead is to define strategies and drive performance through paid campaigns in each of our European markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop & execute the Biddable strategy in key Markets.
- Activate, manage & optimize Search, Social & Video campaigns.
- Responsible for hitting key KPIs, targets and growing global revenue.
- Work closely with the HQ media planning and service center teams.
- Contribute new ideas & ways of working that improve our paid acquisition activity.
- Be the senior point of contact for all search, social & video queries.
- Provide strong leadership and inspiration for the HQ team and markets.
- Create strategies and detailed plans including budget proposals from new campaign briefs for European markets and internal ECCO teams.
- Streamline processes with HQ management & local markets
- Create and deliver weekly/monthly/QBR reports for our markets & HQ.
- The role requires working on other ECCO projects on an ad-hoc basis.

**What we are looking for in you?**
- 5+ years proven digital experience.
- Expert on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, TikTok & Snap.
- Efficient multichannel planning & activation abilities.
- Global account experience with strong communication skills.
- Agency or Client side experience working with €5m+ annual budgets (please show brands in CV & be prepared to elaborate at the interview).
