**Why we are recruiting**

D ue to the launch of a software implementation project, we have a temporarily increased work load, that required reshuffling responsibilities within the team and therefore we have an increased need for a dditional operational support to ensure excellent user experience and flowless end-to-end procurement process.

**Reporting Lines & Interactions**

**Breakdown of main responsibilities**
- 60 % providing support to stakeholders and responding to procurement related queries
- 40 % operational support activi ties, incl uding reporting, technical improvements, system defects, intranet content creation support
- Reinforce compliant user behaviour by communication and by customized support provided to stakeholders,
- Coordinating with Accounts Payable and Legal & Compliance teams and users, to provide guidance and clarification in ambiguous situations such as missing references, price mismatches, clarification of scope or other ambiguous situations.
- M onitor and follow-up on open requests, attribute commodity codes
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support to procurement team and to internal stakeholder s
- Support and manage necessary communication and update of information hosted on the intranet
- Leasing with technical team to raise, follow-up and solve production defect s and necessary improvement tickets of the current system.
- Upon request, a d-hoc s upport data collection, analysis and reporting related to ESG metrics

**Preferred Requirements and Experience**
- University-level education
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic and sense of compliance, a ttention to detail, p roblem-solving, communication skills, flexibilit y
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
