We are looking for an experienced Procurement Sourcing Manager on behalf of our client based in Pfäffikon, Switzerland.

**Job content**:
Your responsibilities include:
Support the execution of the group-wide procurement strategy as a senior expert;
Facilitate the implementation of the new procurement platform as senior project manager;
Manage Source to Contract processes by designing and coordinating RFI / RFP / RFQ and conduct commercial contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Business;
Co-responsibility of Supplier Relationship Management activities of Tier 1 suppliers within assigned sourcing categories;
Develop category strategies for one or two selected sourcing categories such as e.g. Professional Services, Information Technology & Services, Financial Market Data, Insurance;
Contribute further to a positive and motivating work environment with your stakeholders and peers;
Reporting to and acting as deputy to Global Procurement Manager;
Ensure an optimal price / value ratio to avoid and save costs.

**Requirements**:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in **Business Administration / Economics / Finance** or similar (Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education);
Higher or advanced professional education in **Procurement **or Supply Management is a plus;
Minimum **7 years** of professional experience in procurement for indirect goods and services as well as project and change management, preferably in the financial services industry;
Excellent knowledge and experience in procurement processes and systems, indirect spend sourcing;
Expertise in the procurement categories IT and Professional Services;
Proven management skills to manage different stakeholders on various hierarchy levels;
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills;
Strong analytical capabilities combined with a positive and hands-on attitude;
Very good command of **German, English** and other languages are a plus.
