The Marketing Operations Project Manager will support the Head of Marketing Operations to enable the Communication teams to work efficiently through planning, governance and deliveries. Our role is to ensure that everything from global processes to Communication activations is running smoothly to achieve our goals globally and with the markets. We cover the scope from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis. Our objective is to increase efficiency and build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing Communication strategy, KPI’s, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Managing & following-up of A&P HQ budgets and Markets
- Analyzing qualitative/quantitative A&P budget
- Analyzing & reporting to HQ top management
- Managing local activations between HQ and Markets: operational follow up and analysis of post-activations performance recap, coordination of weekly meetings with HQ teams
- Implementing & coordinating of activations cockpits: analysis of activations performance for each discipline, consolidation of insights, and reporting for top management
- Supporting of key strategic presentations
- Ensuring a strong cooperation and liaison with Finance department to ensure smooth and timely flow of information

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You possess a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline followed by a professional experience of 5-7 years in the luxury field
- You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English. Knowledge in French is an asset
- You are at ease with MS Office (strong command of Excel and PowerPoint is required)
- You are able to adapt yourself to different stakeholders
- You have able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- You are client-oriented and able to work autonomously
