Tasks

Globalization and digitalization, changing business models, transforming business value proposition, the quest for competitiveness, the need for flexibility and responsiveness, etc. In this complex economic context - involving paradigm shifts - managers must define their company's strategy and their need for operational excellence, regardless of their industry.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva multi-disciplinary team, with objective to become the trusted advisor of our Industrial & Manufacturing clients in their major transformations

At BearingPoint we have a people centric approach and believe in the importance of leadership at all levels. As a Manager you will have to:
Business Development
- Maintain and develop your existing client portfolio with all the asset BearingPoint can provide
- Support the development of new Industrial & Manufacturing clients to our existing footprint

Project delivery
- Manage project delivery at our clients
- Motivate and steer project team

Practice development
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Be proactive on marketing activities (materials, event, etc.)

HR & people management
- Manage and coach team members
- Recruitment
- Align people to objectives and set priorities and direction

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm (mandatory), working for Industrial & Manufacturing clients and/or in Operations/Supply-Chain domain
- You have led major projects with regards to strategy, digitalization, process optimization, or sustainability in a private organization
- You have already worked and developed client relationships in Western Switzerland with an existing client portfolio and you are willing to make it grow
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a pragmatic and strong entrepreneurship mind-set
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment with a multi context approach
- Great communication skills.
- Native or fluent in French, business fluent in English (both written

and spoken), minimum B2 in German
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
