**1. Job Description**

**Account Management and Business Development**
- Executive level of accountability for growth, delivery performance and financial metrics
- Tracking and management of Risks & Opportunities
- Report and analyze metrics to manage economics through M-Reviews, profit and loss statements, sales reports, and forecasts
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, go to market strategies with Account Managers and the Head of Sales

**Capability Development**
- Collaborate with leadership teams in Switzerland and globally to develop or expand the offer footprint.
- Responsible for Talent Development
- Deliver innovative ideas

**Project**
- Reflecting future business needs and industry evolution
- End-to-end delivery of services aligned with contractual requirements
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers within the client organization
- Oversee the delivery of services for multiple clients in Switzerland

**2. Profile**
- **Academic excellence**: bachelor’s or master's degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics
- **Industry and Consulting experience**: 10+ years of expertise in consulting and industry, with a solid reputation within the CPR & Manufacturing sector. Track record of working successfully in a matrixed and global multi-line business with a global operating model. Highly commercial with a successful track record of profitability and growth. Disciplined financial execution with robust forecasting and risk/opportunity management. Familiar with the innovation and transformation consulting business
- **Conceptual talent**: ability to understand and manage complex contracts. Proven ability to set and execute strategy, defining and iterating strategic offers value proposition. Passionate and strategic thinker leading from the front in managing a business consisting of multiple large, complex customers
- **Leadership skills**: bright and energetic leader internally with exceptional client gravitas and a hunger for winning
- **Cultural fit**: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity)
