- Job Purpose:

- The Director, RLT Customer Supply & Demand will be responsible for capacity planning coordination, modelling and forecasting customer demand to contribute towards the RLT objective to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role will collaborate closely with the US and International Market teams and customers to resolve supply challenges, provide visibility and manage dose allocation.
- This role will also work across the RLT Customer Strategy & Operations with other sub-functions towards a outcome oriented and human-centered customer experience journey.
- Major Activities:
- Supply and Demand Management and Short-term Forecasting
- Develop and implement SoPs for dose allocation and designs to create visibility and transparency on roles and logistics
- Responsible for modelling to predict demand and forecasting
- Build models and simulations to provide frequent and effective direction toward short term demand and capacity planning for RLT Supply Chain and Production teams to maximize sales while minimizing inefficiencies
- Facilitate flexible cross-geography approach to manufacturing across the International Markets to drive on-time delivery for customers
- Closely collaborate with MAP and Finance to align on short-term and long-term forecasting
- Ensure knowledge transfer for data models and forecasting in partnership with the RLT Customer Platform & Analytics team to ensure robust risk management
- Stakeholder Management and Governance
- Work with RLT Customer Strategy & Engagement, Customer Platform & Analytics and Customer Service & Operations teams to create governance structures to co-ordinate supply and demand planning and short-term forecasting
- Robust stakeholder management to balance competing interests and priorities of (internal and external) partners across the International Markets
- Work with the International Market teams to improve speed to resolution time for customers in a dynamic and evolving market
- Partner with the US and International Market teams on compliance, patient safety and dose administration criteria to drive a seamless experience for customers

**Minimum requirements**
- Education: Advanced university degree in science and / or pharmacology, pharmacy or medicine
- 8+ years’ experience with Commercial and Medical Pharmaceutical Supply & Demand function
- 8+ years of experience delivering analytics and insights at scale
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radioligand Therapy or complex therapies
- Experience of working across major markets (e.g., US, Germany) especially in the context of customer facing strategies and execution
- Experience in driving initiatives in large organizations with high degree of leadership exposure and related responsibilities, in pharmaceuticals or other industries
- Previous project lead experience within supply and demand function is preferred
- Good understanding of Global Customer Experience landscape, development processes and methodologies
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills and the experience and ability to work with a customer-centric approach
- Senior, executive level presentation skills with ability to communicate and engage at all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business acumen) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
- Direct-to-Consumer Customer business experience
- Advanced understanding of complex production and supply chain
