VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional **Business Planner, Local Markets **to support our Sales Operations team based in Stabio, Switzerland for 12 months.

**How You Will Make a Difference**

You will achieve this by:

- **Business Planning**: act as the main point of contact for the activities related to the assigned channel, with special focus on Top Accts - DKA and other volume accounts.
- **Pre
- book forecasting and reporting**: support the forecasting and planning process during all the phases of the GTM and follow up during sell-in execution tracking all the major KPIs with the specific focus on the assigned area.
- **Gross to Net activities**: lead the weekly calls with Country Managers on monthly shipping and within the assigned area, support monthly G2N forecasting and evaluate ops and risks are captured correctly by sales and are communicated to the team consolidating the EMEA overview. Generally, act as point of contact for sales for all G2N related activities for the assigned area.
- **Sell through analysis**: provide regular sell-through updates and future projections to identify and prevent risks and opportunities for the specific area of business
- **Strategic Planning**: Lead and coordinate 3 Year / Yearly / Seasonal planning within the AREA in coordination with Country and Channel Managers

**Skills for Success**:

- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Statistics, Economics or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis & planning
- High energy and goal orientation
- Great networking capabilities, ability to work across functions
- Solid strategic thinking & highly analytical
- Good communicator: you can translate findings into convincing plans and proposals and get buy-in from stakeholders
- Problem solving and practical skills, ability to create and maintain effective working relationships at all levels inside the organization across all Departments
- Strong entrepreneurship
- Potential to grow within the Vans organization, within this or other roles
- Technical skills: High proficiency in Office tools (expert Excel user, Word, Powerpoint,); solid knowledge of report building and analysis tools and ERP systems
