VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional **Merchandising Planner, Digital Accounts **to join our Strategic Accounts team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

**Let’s Talk about the Role**

You, as a Merchandising Planner Digital Accounts, will play a key role in performing cross-functionally all activities related to pre-season planning, assortments definitions, in-season trading, inventory management, reporting and data analysis for Vans’ Partner DTC Models (Strategic Accounts).

**How You Will Make a Difference**

You will achieve this by:

- Being responsible for inventory management - including initial stock allocation, in-season stock replenishments, price mark-down strategy, performance marketing, periodical OTB revision (with Operations/Finance Teams) and end-of-season stock clearance.
- Conducting analysis based on current and historical data to constantly optimize/improve performance and provide actionable insights to the business.
- Collaborating with Merchandising and Buying Teams for all pre-season planning activities (MFP, SKU selection, inventory phasing, distribution).
- Collaborating with your Merchandising Operation counterpart pre-season and in-season to ensure a smooth trading flow.
- Organizing and hosting recurrent meetings with all key stakeholders to enable seamless collaboration and successful partnership.

**Skills for Success**:

- Experience: 3+ year experience in Merchandising/Planning within a fast-paced fashion retail business, preferably in a multi-brand online retailer or in the eCommerce Team of a fashion brand. Experience in Buying is a plus.
- Language skills: English (fluent, written and spoken).
- Passion for Vans and the lifestyle it represents.
- Previous working experience in the fashion industry.
- Analytical mindset, great attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Strong Excel proficiency, familiarity with BI systems is a plus (IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects).

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
