You’ll lead the merchandising vision for the business, develop seasonal consumer-right assortments, and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.You’ll identify key opportunities both post-booking and after assortments have landed at the Strategic Account. These insights will inform future assortment planning and enable Quick Turn and Short Lead Time initiatives.This role sits at the intersection of consumer insights, market dynamics, and product strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, and Sales—to build assortments that reflect both commercial potential and brand vision.How You’ll Make a DifferenceYou’ll contribute by identifying key market trends and patterns across Strategic Accounts and DTC, building seasonal assortments, and acting as the bridge between product merchants and key account sales managers.
