Marketplace Merchandiser

**Dickies EMEA is looking for an exceptional Marketplace Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team based in Stabio, Switzerland.**

**LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You as Marketplace Merchandiser will support the strategic account merchandising strategy for the EMEA region, developing strong partnership with our digital key accounts.

**YOU WILL ACHIEVE THIS BY**:
Coordinating the strategic account seasonal ‘Go to Market’ process with the support of a cross functional team to identify opportunities and best inform line creation, pricing, and strategic decision-making.
Preparing the CAD kick off, pre-line and sell-in meetings alongside KA manager.
Collaborating with marketing for bespoke strategic account campaigns.
Monitoring assortment performance and understand and analyse market trends to provide feedback to cross functional teams to continuously improve product plans.
Leveraging data and seasonal sell out performance to have precision in merchandising planning (bottom up and top-down) and to identify key opportunities and gaps to influence future assortment direction.
Providing input to Senior Product Merchandising Manager to support the development of the Assortment to drive profitable revenue growth.
Supporting a clear account segmentation strategy, to ensure market differentiation, in order to build the base for future sustainable profitable growth.
Coordinating account specific SMUs/quick-to-market initiatives with cross-functional teams (product development, design, sales, sourcing), driving alignment internally and externally.

**SKILLS FOR SUCCESS**:
2+ years of experience in Merchandising or related field is preferred
Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office
Fluent English (both oral and written)
Ability to think strategically and act tactically
Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Exercises strong interpersonal skills across internal and external partners.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant fields are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
