**Aufgabe + Herausforderungen**
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Gestaltung, Digitalisierung und Implementierung von Supply-Chain-Management Geschäftsprozesse in einem globalen Umfeld
- Sie moderieren Prozessworkshops und koordinieren Teams zur Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, -modellierungen und -optimierungen
- Sie eignen sich kontinuierlich Wissen über die verwndeten IT-Systeme sowie über die Abläufe in der gesamten Prozesskette an
- Sie kennen und binden gezielt Know-how Träger, Spezialisten und Stakeholder aus Ihrem Netzwerk bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse ein
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Werken in Frankreich, China, Indien, USA und Brasilien zusammen

**Qualifikation + Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbares Fachgebiet (FH/Uni)
- Internationale Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Produktion oder Einkauf
- Erfahrung in der Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Prozessmodellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Kunden
- und Lösungsorientiertes Denken, ziel
- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte methodische und analytische Fähigkeiten
- SAP-Kenntnisse in den Modulen MM, SD, EWM oder S/4HANA von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
