We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our Market and Customer Development team (Corporate function).

**Role + Responsibilities**
- You will analyze, develop, implement, monitor, improve and streamline business processes for the strategic process market & customer development in the Endress+Hauser Group with the overarching goal to improve customer experience
- You will design and moderate process workshops using methods and enable sales & product centers to perform process analysis, modeling, and optimization
- You will manage process improvement projects
- You are responsible for triggering and delivering the necessary IT projects (CRM) /changes needed to support the optimized processes
- You will act as main point of contact to all entities
- You will report and escalate to the Corporate Strategic Process Manager

**Qualification + Profile**
- Successfully completed studies (e.g. business administration, minimum Bachelor’s degree)
- Good background in Marketing & Sales incl. IT environment (Salesforce, SAP, MS Office)
- Business Process Management (Six Sigma - green belt, black belt)
- Project Management experience
- You have in-depth experience in the management of business processes and continuous improvement projects (BPMN)
- You have a proven track record in handling a wide scope of responsibilities in an international and matrixed organization
- You have a customer centric value creation mindset
- You are experienced in driving change by inspiring and energizing without disciplinary authority
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills, and you are strong solution and results oriented
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
- You have a strong intercultural understanding
- You are willing to travel
