We are looking for an **Industry Manager Oil & Gas (M/F/d)**making a meaningful impact for the Oil & Gas Industry. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to support our marketing organization, driving our Oil & Gas Strategy to effective impact on sales results and our offering.
**What is the role about?**
Are you someone who thrives in a collaborative marketing & sales environment, bringing innovative products & solutions to the market? Do you enjoy engaging with diverse cultures and organizational entities along the supply chain? As an Industry Manager Oil & Gas, you will work closely with R&D and product management to improve your portfolio as well as with our global O&G customers and sales centers.
**Which tasks will you perform?**
You will:
- be responsible for developing and implementing the Industry Strategy Oil & Gas.
- shape and further develop our industry portfolio and support the global sales centers.
- form the interface between market and innovation with a focus on Oil & Gas, through customer visits and trade show appearances.
- represent Endress+Hauser Flow in the Strategic Industry Group Oil & Gas as well as in international networks.
- develop and train the global sales and representative network to ensure relevant knowledge at the point of sales.represent Endress+Hauser at conferences, trade fairs and international committees.
**What do we expect from you?**
You:
- have a (technical college/university) degree in engineering, automation or industrial engineering or similar; an MBA is an advantage.
- have several years of professional experience in the international field of process automation (preferred with focus on Oil & Gas).
- are a strong negotiator, are business-oriented and have high business acumen.
- are a team player with excellent communication skills.are fluent in English, German is an advantage.
