Lead Program Management Business Transformation

The Lead Program Management Business Transformation will support and enable all transformational efforts under the Global Business Transformation function. In this role you will play a key role in guiding the relevant teams and functions through the respective scope, budget, and timeline of their transformational efforts. You will use your knowledge of Lean and Agile Principles and Customer-Centricity to enable teams in new ways of working and guide them through the design and development of solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Creating transparency on scope, timelines, and interfaces across all transformational efforts under the Global Business Transformation function
- Support the definition and tracking work streams and key milestones
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Enable teams in new ways of lean and agile working
- Support management of vendors/third party relationships
- Design and deliver actionable executive level reports and dashboards to ensure full transparency and collaboration

**Minimum requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Experience managing large, global and digital portfolios
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
- 7-10 years working in an Agile environment
- Ideally at least 3-5 years of experience in a top tier consulting environment
- Program and project management certifications including but not limited to PMI and Agile Certifications (e.g., PMP, SASM, CSM, CSPO, KMP, etc.)
- Results focused - Ability to organize and manage multiple and competing priorities
- Conflict management and resolution skills - Build consensus, anticipate and solve problems
- Business IQ - Solid understanding of business planning processes and key business metrics to be achieved
- Communication skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills necessary to lead and manage teams and projects effectively
- Strong academics with BS required and MBA preferred
- Flexibility on travel (as needed and based on business requirements)

Desired Experience:

- Experience as Agile coach
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
