Transformation Program Support Officerm/f/d, WallisThe Transformation Program Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the Transformation Lead in structuring, coordinating, and orchestrating the Engineering transformation program. Acting as the central PMO and operational backbone of the initiative, this role ensures alignment, organization, and seamless execution across all change-related workstreams. This is a temporary position designed to accelerate the setup, structuring, and coordination of the overall transformation effort.Your Tasks:Support the Transformation Lead in structuring the transformation program and maintaining the integrated roadmap.Coordinate multiple engineering workstreams, ensuring alignment of timelines, priorities, and information flow.Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across the program while preparing governance materials.Provide PMO support including documentation, reporting, meeting preparation, and action tracking.Support digitalization efforts, including coordinating pilots, digital enablers, and proof-of-concept initiatives.Assist in documenting engineering processes, roles, and capabilities to support the target operating model.Contribute to change management activities such as impact assessments, communication materials, and stakeholder engagement.Organize and support workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.Introduce and maintain tools, templates, and consistent ways of working across the transformation program.Your Profile:Experience in PMO, program coordination, transformation management, or similar roles.Understanding of engineering or technical environments (preferred but not required).Strong organizational skills, with high rigor and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools.Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reporting.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership and follow-through.Comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural environment.Interest in digital tools, innovation, and continuous improvement.Sounds like a great job?Then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents through our online application form.When applying by email, the sender agrees that his or her data will be used in accordance with our data privacy policy.Find more vacancies at:
