**Requirements**:
Our Corporate Audit team is the guardian of integrity at HOERBIGER and trusted advisor to the Audit Committee and the Executive Board. Our audit and assurance projects reenforce transparency and accountability at every level of our organization. Our work supports the business divisions and corporate functions to achieve their strategic goals, operate efficiently and report financials correctly.

As a Director Corporate Audit, you are responsible for the execution of the Group’s internal audit program:

- Develop and implement a risk-based audit program
- Execute internal audits, such as financial, operational, compliance, ESG or forensic
- Provide business insight and make recommendations that improve the business and internal controls
- Write concise audit reports, and support the timely implementation of recommendations
- Maintain and develop departmental procedures and systems
- Support M&A, Due Diligence processes, and other special projects
- Day to day leadership of three internal auditors in multiple internal audit projects

The position reports to the Head of Corporate Audit.

You bring the following qualifications to the team:

- Integrity, reliability, confidentiality
- Advanced university degree in relevant field, and professional audit qualification / certification
- 5-7 years internal audit management experience
- Business acumen
- High strategic & analytical competence
- Excellent & precise communication style, ability to interact with supervisory boards
- Independence, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills to lead and motivate staff and colleagues in challenging projects
- Ability to influence and get buy-in within an international and multicultural group of companies
- Hands-on and down to earth mindset
- Willingness for international travel

The home base for this role is in Zug, Switzerland.
