**Tasks**:
- Develop, implement, and drive cultural transformation initiatives
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sunrise leadership development journey
- Conduct skills trainings and workshops based on strategic business needs and goals
- Support the facilitation of our employee engagement survey and translate the insights into culture and leadership initiatives
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our culture and leadership initiatives
- Manage stakeholders and internal clients, translating business needs and requirements into impactful culture and leadership development measures
- Stay on top of industry trends in organizational, culture & leadership development, incorporating them into our initiatives
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
- Around 5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex organization or in consulting, with a proven track record of developing state of the art culture and leadership programs
- Deep understanding of business strategy and its impact on organizational development
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving and critical thinking
- Project & change management skills within complex organizational structures
- Team-player who values collaboration, co-creation and has a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in both German and English
