Finance professionals use our solutions to rapidly identify investment opportunities, make informed decisions and manage the risk and the lifecycle of the investments. Moreover, Evooq is organized according to a flat structure, through highly autonomous teams and by privileging trust and responsibility.

**What you'll do**:

- Deliver value-added HR guidance and service to teams and employees, and ensure first class HR operations to Zurich's office population
- Ensure employee HR support (performance management, conflict solving, work on team’s organization and structure, conduct regular reviews with teams and employees, manage disciplinary actions and conduct exit interviews, etc)
- Partner with Team on various Culture and people projects, company employee guidelines and staff regulations, and any other relevant policies. Advocate internal People and Culture communications and practices
- Partner with Chief People Officer for specific performance management issues, sensitive situations and terminations
- Ensure full employee lifecycle management (administrative onboarding and offboarding, contracts, arrival coordination, social insurances and other declarations) for Zurich’s office
- Coordinate third parties actions and declarations (social insurances, pension, etc), manage absences for Zurich’s office

**What you need**:

- University degree in HR, Economics, or any relevant business field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in a Tech Company
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment legislation
- High level of positive energy, great teamwork skills
- Creative, flexible, curious, learning mindset and proactive
- Problem solving, can-do attitude, results orientation
- Good communication skills, sense of diplomacy
- Fluent in English and Swiss German. French is an asset
- Availability to work from Lausanne one or two days per month
- Good sense of humour and be fun to work it
