**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Focus on online and event management in our Marketing & Communications department for the Munich or Zurich location
- Operational responsibility for online presence and social media
- Support and further development of our digital communication channels such as the corporate website (Bain.de) and social media presence (especially LinkedIn) in the DACH region
- Independent organization, execution and follow-up of customer events
- Internal interface to other departments and the global marketing team
- Target group-oriented preparation of current specialist topics
- Management of external and internal service providers and agencies

**ABOUT YOU**:

- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable environment, preferably in an international company - alternatively corporate communications or agency
- High digital affinity and passion for websites, social media and design
- Passion for event management
- Experience with content management systems, and event tools (e.g. Marketo) desirable
- Knowledge of graphics an advantage (Photoshop, Canva, video, etc.)
- Structured approach to work, assertive organizational skills and strong analytical skills
- Excellent German and English skills
- Flexibility, commitment, ability to work under pressure and hands-on mentality
