- In unserer Abteilung Sales Operations unterstützt du als International Customer Support Specialist unsere europäischen Gruppengesellschaften in der Auftragsabwicklung, Rechnungsstellung sowie in generellen Anfragen im Bereich Sales. Als Teil eines internationalen Teams setzt du Projekte im Bereich Business Development um. Du fühlst dich in einer multikulturellen Umgebung wohl und bringst eigenständig Hands-on und analytische Fähigkeiten in unser Team ein.**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Team
- Bestellabwicklung für interne und externe Distributoren
- Unterstützung von Produkteinführungen
- Bestellabwicklung Schweiz
- Registrierung / Aktualisierung von CRM relevanten Informationen über Kundenbeziehungen für Europa
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Team
- Unterstützen der lokalen Customer Support Mitarbeitenden in ‘Order to Cash’ Prozessen in SAP und lokalen ERP Systemen
- Unterstützung bei Änderungen an Bestellprozessen in Form von Dokumentation und Testverfahren

**Ihr Profil**
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Business Administration
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Diplomatische Persönlichkeit mit Detailorientierung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Lösungsorientierung
- SAP-Kenntnisse im Bereich SD sind von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Besuche unserer Gruppengesellschaften
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hands-on Mentalität
