**Mission**

Sitting in a small team, the main mission is to handle administrative tasks related to Client Data Maintenance activity, analyzing the account opening documents in accordance with regulations and internal policy of the bank and performing all operations (opening, update, closing) of accounts.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Reservation, opening and closing numbers relationship
- Creating folders for new relationships
- Consolidation of the legal and administrative regularity of documents and other items required for the opening of accounts, publishing findings anomaly relating thereto; codification of information about customers
- Monitoring of legal documentation files base (cancellation of power, change the list of signatures cancellation documents...)
- Contact the front office for regularization
- Updating the monthly list of abnormalities
- Codification addresses for mail sent and periodicities editing
- Consolidation of the dates of passage of the customer as well as bottlenecks relationships
- Preservation and conservation of the legal documentation for customers
- Periodic Sending mail daily, monthly and quarterly and specific documents on request of responsible relationships
- Sorting and verifying signatures of incoming mail
- Control of the signing of transfer orders, checks and administrative signatures on documents from departments Credit and Documentary Credits
- CF Database maintenance (creation, update, closure)
- Search for customers in case of legal claims
- Conduct an inventory of powers signatory on the accounts (schedule)
- Management Commissary Service
- Creating telegraph key (Sent to client. Reception receipt and activation key)
- Order checks and monitoring
- Monitoring of dormant accounts
- Various administrative work: physical and electronic archiving client documents, research No GRID statistics erroneous transfers...
- Compliance with policies and procedures of the Bank and Group standards in terms of compliance and risk management.
- Preparation of documents for internal and external audits
- Establishment of openings / fences statistics business relationships
**Interactions**
- This role requires interactions with other internal departments such as Commercial, Back-office, Legal & Compliance.

**Required knowledge and competencies**

**_
Technical:_**
- Good knowledge of swiss banking regulation is essential (CDB, LBA, OBA, FATCA), sanctions (CH, EU, US).
- Advanced usage of Microsoft tools and databases - knowledge of specific banking systems and scanning tools is a plus (TCF400, IFS, Fircosoft)

Languages :_**
- French & English fluent
**Profile & Required experience**
- You are a young and dynamic professional egger to learn, holding a Commercial diploma, CFC bancaire or equivalent
- You have a first experience in a commercial bank or similar envrionment
- You have up to date knowledge about fiscal regulation (RUBIK, FATCA, etc)
