Nous recherchons un Technicien de Maintenance Pharma, autonome, rigoureux et orienté solutions, pour rejoindre notre équipe Technical Support and Site Utilities, basée dans nos bureaux de UCB à Bulle, Suisse.

À propos du poste

Vous serez chargé de superviser et d'exécuter les activités de maintenance des équipements de production Allergy et Neurology. L'objectif est de limiter les arrêts de production, d'optimiser la maintenance préventive et de garantir le respect des normes cGMP et HSE, tout en contribuant à la planification et au budget du service. Le poste s'effectue en journée, et il y aura du pique selon les besoins opérationnels.

Avec qui vous travaillerez

Vous collaborerez avec les départements de production, les prestataires externes et les équipes transverses telles que l'ingénierie, la métrologie, la qualification et les utilités. Vous participerez activement au déploiement de la politique HSE du site de Bulle et aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Réaliser la maintenance corrective et préventive des équipements de production
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et redémarrer les installations
  • Coordonner les interventions avec les prestataires externes
  • Planifier les priorités avec les responsables de production et maintenance
  • Identifier les pièces de rechange et gérer les commandes
  • Participer aux audits, qualifications et inspections HSE

  • Formation technique en maintenance industrielle ou mécanique
  • Expérience confirmée en dépannage en milieu industriel
  • Connaissances de base en électricité, hydraulique et pneumatique
  • Maîtrise des environnements pharmaceutiques et zones contrôlées
  • Compétences en informatique (Office) et GMAO (SAP)
  • Maîtrise du français obligatoire ; allemand et anglais fortement souhaités
