**ABOUT THE TEAM**

As part of our on-going global expansion strategy, Capco is growing its Swiss Data Practice in our Zürich office. We are currently seeking to recruit Management Consultants with Data Management expertise to lead and manage teams to support large scale transformation projects for our Financial Services clients. Our Data Consultants are passionate about data and drive a shift in the industry towards thinking data management. As team member collaboration, enthusiasm and encouragement are key to ensuring we maintain our culture and ensure we work in an environment where clients become colleagues.

**WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**
- Working with data management concepts such as Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Models, Data Quality, Control Frameworks, Data Architecture, Data Analysis
- Advising on key data management topics and regulations e.g. CCAR, BCBS 239, IFRS 9 or GDPR
- Communicate complex ideas to non-experts with eloquence and confidence to senior stakeholders
- Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market. From Day One, your key skill will be to perceive new and better ways of doing things to give your clients an unfair advantage

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU**
- Experience in programme execution, business analysis and change management within Financial Services / Capital Markets, in a data management related role
- Proven ability to shape, design and manage the execution of data change
- Understanding of data management concepts such as Data Governance, Data Policy, Data Lineage, Data Models, Data Quality, Control Frameworks, Data Analysis and Data Literacy
- Expertise in defining data quality rules, data quality requirements and supporting IT in building data quality monitoring system will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is always a plus) coupled with presentation skills
