Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous souhaitons renforcer nos équipes et proposons un poste de Consultant(e) Change Management.

Intégré(e) à notre équipe de consultants en conduite du changement, vous participerez à l’accompagnement des Directions Générales, Directions métier, DSI et Direction Financière de grands groupes internationaux et de PME dans leurs projets de transformation.

Vous interviendrez de façon transverse dans tous les secteurs d’activités depuis les phases de cadrage jusqu’au déploiement opérationnel d’une nouvelle organisation, de nouveaux processus ou d’outils digitaux.

Vous aurez pour principales missions:

- De définir les besoins, analyser les freins et leviers et cadrage du projet
- De concevoir la stratégie d’accompagnement au changement
- De mettre en œuvre et suivre des plans d’action sur les différents axes de la conduite du changement (communication, montée en compétences, mobilisation et déploiement)
- De piloter les projets (planification et production des livrables, animation des réunions d’avancement)

**Votre Profil**

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’études supérieures (Ecole d’ingénieurs/HES/Master ou équivalent) et avez au minimum 6 ans d’expérience dont 3 ans en gestion du changement.

Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe, d’adaptabilité, d’un sens de l’organisation et êtes force de proposition. Vous avez le sens du service et êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel. Vous êtes capable de travailler avec des équipes pluri disciplinaires.

La certification Procsi est un plus ainsi que la connaissance de la méthode Agile.

Votre langue maternelle est le français (ou min C1) et vous avez un excellent niveau d’anglais oral et écrit (min B2). La maîtrise de l’allemand est un plus.
