**Your team**:
Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centers around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.

**Your role**:

- Evaluating data sources with high value added for our investment teams.
- Analysing large unstructured and structured datasets to extract new insights.
- Identifying patterns and signals that are suitable for product and business development.
- Designing and implementing state-of-the-art statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
- Creating visualisation dashboards and software prototypes.

**Your profile**:

- A strong background in computer science is mandatory.
- Fluent in Python (Pandas, Numpy, etc.).
- Experience with statistical modelling, through previous work experience or academic projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate your results to non-technical audiences.
- A humble team player with a positive attitude who also feels comfortable working as part of a global team.
- You have a deliver-first mindset and agile working pattern.
- Perfect command of English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools and languages (Tableau, D3.js, etc.) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning would be a plus.
