Die meditana GmbH mit Sitz in Urdorf bietet seit 1993 private Spitex und Personalvermittlung für Gesundheitsinstitutionen an. Wir besetzen Temporärstellen, Kader
- und Feststellen und verfügen über rund 280 qualifizierte temporäre Mitarbeitende aus allen pflegerischen Fachrichtungen.

Als App-Support-Beauftragte/r sind Sie die Hauptansprechperson in der Firma für Fragen und Anfragen in Bezug auf die neue App. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, sicherzustellen, dass Mitarbeitenden jederzeit Zugang zu kompetenter Unterstützung haben, wenn es um die Nutzung der App oder das Lösen von Problemen geht.

Aufgaben
- First-Level-Support: Sie sind der/die erste Ansprechpartner/in für alle Mitarbeitenden, die Fragen oder Probleme bezüglich der App haben. Sie nehmen Anfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon entgegen.
- Problemlösung: Sie arbeiten eng mit den Benutzer/innen zusammen, um technische Probleme zu identifizieren, zu diagnostizieren und Lösungen zu finden. Dabei können Sie selbst Lösungen anbieten oder sich an die entsprechende Abteilung wenden.
- Schulungen und Anleitungen: Sie erstellen leicht verständliche Anleitungen, Schulungsmaterialien und FAQs, um den Mitarbeitenden dabei zu helfen, die App effektiv zu nutzen und häufig auftretende Fragen selbst beantworten zu können.
- Feedback sammeln: Sie sind verantwortlich für das Sammeln von Feedback von den Benutzer/innen der App und tragen dazu bei, potenzielle Verbesserungen zu identifizieren und diese an die entsprechenden Stellen weiterzuleiten.
- Updates und Kommunikation: Sie halten die Nutzer/innen auf dem Laufenden über Updates, Neuerungen oder Änderungen der App und kommunizieren diese Informationen zeitnah und klar.

Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Funktionsweise der App sowie der verwendeten Technologien (nach Einführung durch unser Team).
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Geduld und Empathie im Umgang mit Benutzer/innen, die möglicherweise weniger technisch versiert sind.
- Organisationstalent, um Anfragen und Probleme systematisch zu verwalten.
- Proaktive Einstellung, um potenzielle Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen und anzugehen
