Your Mission_
Based in Morges, Switzerland, the Project Manager manages Sales Projects (no R&D projects) and is the first point of contact for his projects. He performs a wide range of duties, including the following:
- Producing Customer projects plans that include time schedule, logistics and procurement plans, costs and resource allocation, third party agreements, etc.
- Project documentation writing and control
- Order processing
- Ensuring that project deliverables are compatible with customer requirements and contracts
- Organization and supervision of service team during installation and commissioning of onsite activities
- Internal reporting of progress, revenue and cost
- Coordination of collaboration with partners & suppliers
- Supporting Sales team with analysis of scope and contractual conditions, its implications to demarcations, complexity, cost impact and other prerequisites for fulfilment
- Meeting with Customer at Omnisens or at their site for system validation, project review, audit, etc.

- Strong organizational skills, teamwork oriented, self-motivated, stress tolerant and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Professional and customer-oriented appearance and behavior
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project
- Profile_
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, and Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Engineering or Project Management
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Experience in Fiber Optics technology or in Oil & Gas and Energy projects is a plus
- Experience in contracts or T&C’s analysis is a plus
- Willing to travel moderately at relatively short notice

- Fluent written and spoken English and French
- German or Spanish is an asset
