The Kaizen Project Manager is a central & instrumental player at Kainjoo. Attached to the Kaizen Excellence Citadel, she/he works closely with the consulting and production teams to ensure continuous progress in quality, timely projects and efficient budget management.

**Experience**:

- Min. 10 years in a similar role
- Min. 5 years confirmed experience as a pharmaceutical player in a marketing or commercial operations department or a life sciences specialised agency.
- Marketing, Digital or Multichannel project management experience is a plus
- Experience in reporting data using online tools such as CRM or ERP
- Google Apps (Drive, Gmail, Calendar ) experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office experience mandatory
- Web-savvy

**Education**:

- MBA or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering School
- Double competencies in a life sciences field are a plus.
- Fluent in English and French (written/oral)
- German a plus
- A minimum of Web/IT background is appreciated.
- Kaizen/6sigma/Scrum/PMP certifications

**Recruitment process (1 month on average)**:

- As a next step, a case study would be sent within five working days for testing your capabilities and present to the line manager during a job interview of 45’.
- Finally, if shortlisted, a last interview with the managing director would be set up five working days after your first presentation to finalise the recruitment process.
- Our final answer will be communicated to you officially five working days after your last meeting with our managing director.
