Project Operations Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
The Project Manager holds a key position in planning orders related to UPS systems within the electrification business in Switzerland. You will coordinate and plan the provision of necessary internal and external resources, ensuring smooth operations. You will report to the Head of the Project/Engineering Team and act as the primary point of contact for the client during the execution of an order. Your role is to optimize customer satisfaction by fulfilling all obligations and requirements. The position is based in Morges. Responsibilities: - Project responsibility for the implementation (planning, scheduling, coordination) of UPS systems for our customers in Western Switzerland. - Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting all technical, timeline, and commercial objectives. - Proactive communication with customers, planners, suppliers, and business units, as well as task coordination. - Act as the central point of contact for customers and their concerns.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Degree in a technical field or vocational training (e.g., electrician, electrical installer, automation technician) with corresponding further education at the HF or FH level (or equivalent).
- Experience as a project manager or project engineer in the field of UPS systems / secure power supply or electrical installations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in French and English. German language skills are an advantage.
- You are responsive, customer-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
- You have a valid Swiss visa/work permit.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% within Switzerland
