We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Security Department, based in Geneva, as **International Security Manager**.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and secure environment for the People and Assets across all business areas of Cartier. You will define, create and implement a best in class Physical and Technical Security program across all aspects of Cartier’s global business activities. This role requires the incumbent to further develop a world-class program in close collaboration with strategic partners and operational stakeholder groups - this includes (but is not limited to) locally deployed teams, Richemont Group Security and Cartier Corporate Security.

You will report to the Chief Security Officer.

This position requests flexibility and include frequent business trips (30 to 50%).

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Proactively monitor Cartier’s Global Physical Security Risk Profile to ensure the continuous improvement of security measures according to risk appetite defined by Cartier Top Management, in order to enhance Cartier’s global Security culture.
- Define and support the design, planning and implementation of physical and technical security measures across the business according to internal requirements and from external bodies where applicable (Authorities, Insurance, Richemont, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with external regulations, obligations and requirements related to security for the global business (this includes, but is not limited to Group and Corporate policies, local regulations and all applicable laws)
- Lead, direct and, where necessary, coordinate security programs for all internal and relevant third party manufacturing sites
- Train the teams and other key personnel in relevant scenarios through continuous relationship management, including, when necessary, presentations and periodic exercises.
- Develop excellent inter-personal professional relationships and work harmoniously alongside key stakeholders to build resilience culture at the site and organizational level, to ensure the development of an accountable and transparent security culture
- Budgetary planning, management and discipline
- Define security and safety measures and minimum standards for Real Estate projects, ensuring adherence and compliance, and supervise implementation in collaboration with local teams
- Work collaboratively and dynamically alongside Cartier Corporate Security colleagues to enhance organization-wide security measures and overall resilience
- Effective decision-making under time and commercial pressure to ensure the best outcomes for the organization
- Executive briefing skills, with the ability to articulate complex challenges in a simple and digestible manner to senior business and non-security stakeholders

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have 8- 10 years commercial experience leading Physical Security programs in the Public, or Private sector
- You have experience in working with risk management practices
- You have experience in negotiation & corporation with management teams and project managers
- You have strong experience in the technical security design
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus
- You possess strong leadership skills.
- You possess proven analytical skills, personal drive to achieve results
- You are problem solver, you have the ability to handle critical situations.
- You have very good people and communication skills at all levels in the organization
- You possess good team building skills and ability to cooperate with other teams
- You have a flexible mindset, with skills and ability to assist on wider organizational resilience program as needed
- You are at ease with business understanding and experience with providing solutions that meet strategic and operational business needs
- You have strong focus and understanding of incident prevention and handling
- You are detail oriented, with a big-picture mindset - able to navigate tactical challenges to maintain adherence and alignment to strategic goals
