Der Bereich «Taxes» innerhalb des Finance-Ressorts der AXA Schweiz besteht aus 9 hochmotivierten Spezialistinnen/Spezialisten und verantwortet sämtliche steuerrechtlichen Anliegen für alle juristischen AXA Einheiten innerhalb der Schweiz.

**Dein Beitrag**
- Als Sektorleiter:in übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für sämtliche inhaltlichen Steuerthemen sowie die personelle Führungsverantwortung für den Bereich
- Du leitest selbständig den Bereich Steuern und verantwortest die korrekten Deklarationen und Entrichtungen von sämtlichen direkten und indirekten Steuern für die AXA Gesellschaften in der Schweiz
- Du pflegst und koordinierst die Beziehungen zu allen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen (bspw. Steuerverwaltungen, AXA Gruppe)
- Du begleitest transversale und AXA-gruppenweite Steuerthemen wie FATCA, AIA, Transfer-Pricing und die lokale Umsetzung der OECD-Mindestbesteuerung
- Du verantwortest herausfordernde Projekte im Bereich Taxes und bist an verschiedenen Projekten bezüglich Steuerfolgen beteiligt
- Als Mitglied des Führungsteams Finance gestaltest du die Ressortstrategie mit, auch über den Tellerrand des Bereichs Steuern hinaus

**Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) ergänzt mit einer Zusatzausbildung zum Eidg. Dipl. Steuerexperten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position vorzugsweise in der Versicherungsbranche, Treuhand
- oder Beratungsgesellschaft
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten und Ergebnisse klar und verständlich zusammenzufassen. Du kommunizierst diese Informationen effektiv an verschiedene Stakeholder, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
- Du kannst einen nachweisbaren Track Record in der Initiierung und Umsetzung neuer Projekte zur Erreichung strategischer Ziele vorweisen. Du hast eine Affinität zu Daten
- und Technologiethemen
- Du packst selbst mit an, aber begeisterst und motivierst dein Team sowie dein Umfeld und agierst auf Augenhöhe. Die Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden steht für dich im Vordergrund, und du hast die Fähigkeit, Talente zu identifizieren und anzuziehen
- Du bist stilsicher in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
