To strengthen our teams and meet our development ambitions, we are recruiting a **International Business Development Manager (ref: 1042).**

**Your mission**:
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer and based in Geneva or the Middle East, you will define a short and medium-term development strategy to increase the visibility and attractiveness of l’Hôpital de La Tour.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Promoting the value and services of La Tour Hospital in Switzerland and abroad through a network of partners
- Expanding the network of partners in existing segments and exploring the development of new segments
- Organizing targeted events and campaigns in collaboration with physicians, marketing, and communication teams
- Working closely with hospitality and care coordination teams to ensure the best patient experience
- Assisting in the development of new services and programs by listening to the needs of patients, physicians, and partners, and collaborating closely with innovation teams
- Assisting in the development of strategic development initiatives in Switzerland and internationally
- University degree, business school, or medical background
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development functions in the medical, luxury, or private banking field
- Dynamic approach
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives to a sustainable solution
- Proactive, quick in execution, and diligent with deadlines
- Proficiency in French, English, and/or another language is a plus
