If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as **International Learning and Development Director**.

Fostering a learning culture across the Maison, you will contribute to the success of our people by developing qualitative and relevant learning initiatives. Through L&D, our ambition is to connect our people to our organization, to nurture a sense of belonging and pride, to share about our values and ambitions and to foster participation and engagement, helping our people seize their development and manage their career.

Reporting to the SVP CHRO, you will inspire and lead the global L&D strategy across the whole community. You will establish and lead the culture of skills-based learning by designing learning paths, focused on individualized development & performance enhancement. You will also support business and cultural transformation of the Maison by building a comprehensive leadership academy and, foster a climate of co-construction and innovation.

***HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**:
**Define and implement L&D strategies and programs**
You will create, develop, and manage a future-focused and effective global learning eco-system, which inspires and enables impactful development experiences and shifts in learning mindsets.

You will business partner with and co-build strong relationships across functions, regions, and markets to ensure that the L&D strategy and deliverables are properly rolled out, while also balancing global consistency and local customization.

**Develop future-oriented approaches and platforms to ensure high impact learning experiences**
With your direct team and the larger HR community, you will act, in close partnership with all functions as a learning curator to design and implement continual bespoke training content, learning experiences and leadership development initiatives to reinforce Cartier’s culture and ensure our teams remain ahead of the curve, in terms of skills and performance.

You will ensure high impact learning paths
- whether in person and/or virtual. You will analyze and monitor learning trends and strategies, seeking out new innovations to continually enhance and improve our employee experiences.

You will regularly assess learning programs effectiveness, ROI, and impact with a continuous improvement mindset.

**Manage and animate the L&D community**
You will manage and develop a team of approximately 10 L&D professionals across 5 pillars: Business skills development; Leadership development; Instructional and Experiential learning paths Design, Maison Culture & Induction and Collaborative Innovation.

You will partner closely with top leading internal and external stakeholders (universities, key learning institutions ).

***HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**:
You have a minimum 15 years of professional experience in contemporary HR, including a minimum 7+ years of active and hands-on L&D experience with the ability to lead, build and implement learning strategies at a global level in a collaborative way.

You have an international background and a global mindset.

You have the ability to integrate learning strategy with other talent management practices, optimizing strong knowledge and experience.

You have excellent managerial skills with the ability to engage and empower.

You are a strategic thinker who anticipates problems and develops long-term plans.

You will succeed in this role thanks to your strong listening and communication skills, and ability to establish and foster strong relationships across the organization at all levels by connecting to the Business, the People, and the Culture of Cartier.

To succeed in our matrix organization, you will demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguity. You will manage multiple projects and be results-oriented.

You will travel on a frequent basis.

You need to speak English fluently and ideally French.
