Perform operational purchasing in line with the requirements, objectives and processes of Customer Service Center

Ensure that purchase orders are done, sent, confirmed and delivered on time at agreed price and at the right quantity and quality

Conduct all necessary actions if the supplier does not fulfil the requirements mentioned above.

Maintain the system data base of purchasing up to date (info-record, source list, lead times, references)

Monitor delayed delivers and claim to supplier, if needed ask for earlier deliveries.

Education in Purchasing & Logistics

International Trade

Fluent in French & English

MS Office, SAP modules MM is a plus

Team player, good communication, organized, able to work under pressure
