**Your contribution**
The Training Solution Trainee is involved in different activities such as administration of training courses, providing functional support for Tecan Academy, supporting the creation and deployment of digital training content, maintaining, and updating training catalogue and providing introduction training and supporting for the Tecan Academy.
- Active participant to the Life Cycle Management activities of Tecan Academy
- Configure, and maintain Tecan Academy settings for training content access and distribution
- Develop and maintain naming conventions and training courses descriptions for the Tecan Academy
- Where needed, work with 3rd party tools to ensure external content is interoperable and integrates smoothly with learning systems
- Support department with numerous SAP related administrative tasks
- Active involvement in general administrative tasks (presentations, correspondence, meetings, and workshops)
**Your background**
We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience or Interest in Adult-learning, with specialization in multimedia distance learning or Instructional Design a nice to have
- Fluent English required. Any other language, such as German, is of advantage
- Advanced MS Office knowledge required
- Ability to use learning authoring tools and technologies (for example: Articulate Storyline) a nice to have
