Zur Fortsetzung unseres Erfolgs suchen wir dich in der Rolle als Sales Support. Das ist deine Arbeitswelt bei easylearn
- Du hältst unserem Team den Rücken frei, damit wir unsere Kunden optimal bedienen und neue Kunden gewinnen können. Du unterstützt bei Kundenanfragen, du kontrollierst und erstellst Angebote und bereitest Präsentationen individuell vor.
- In deiner Drehscheibenfunktion koordinierst und überwachst du abteilungsübergreifend die Aktivitäten rund um die optimale Betreuung unserer Kunden.
- Du erstellst Auswertungen und entwickelst zusammen mit dem gesamten Team unsere Verkaufshilfsmittel und Tools weiter.

- Du kannst verschiedene Aufgaben parallel jonglieren, verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und liebst es, andere zu unterstützen.
- Eine hohe Qualität, verbindliche Termine und ein gutes Miteinander sind dir wichtig. Mit deiner gewinnenden und dienstleistungsorientierten Art fällt dir die Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen:innen und auch mal Kunden sehr leicht.
- Du bist zuverlässig, besitzt eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und über Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.
- Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse und mündliche Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
