Als Support-Techniker/in spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden und Partner, indem Sie den einwandfreien Betrieb unserer Fernsteuerungslösung sicherstellen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration und Installation unserer Lösungen bei Kunden.
  • Qualitativ hochwertigen technischen Kundensupport (Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem, vor Ort) in Deutsch und Französisch anbieten.
  • Diagnose und Lösung technischer Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Software und Konnektivitätsgeräten.
  • Sorgfältige Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Systemadministratoren und Entwicklungsteams zur Lösung von Support-Problemen der Stufe 3.
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Lösung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams.
  • Schulung von Nutzern und Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen.
Ihr Profil

Ausbildung: EFZ oder HF-Techniker – Elektriker, Automatisierung, Informatik oder Energie & Umwelt.

Erfahrung: mindestens 3 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich Energie oder vernetzte Systeme.

Technische Kompetenzen:

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Elektrotechnik und Verkabelungsprinzipien.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Konnektivität (Kommunikationsprotokolle, Netzwerke etc.).
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Software und Fernsteuerungssystemen.

Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Französisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil.
