- Division: Finance & Controlling- Job Type: Permanent roleOM Pharma continuous its amazing growing journey and is now strengthening its LATAM organization. We are looking for a **Finance Head LATAM**, based in Lima, to oversee all finance activities in the region. This function is reporting to the Head of Controlling, based in the HQ in Geneva, and works in close collaboration with the Head of LATAM, based in Lima. Your main responsibilities are the following:

- Management of a small cross-functional team in Administration, Finance, IT and Supply Chain
- Lead business planning and decision-making processes for the region
- Ensure timely production of monthly forecast & trends in coordination with data market analyst, supports production planning.
- Oversee monitoring of actual and forecasted costs (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis).
- Provide relevant and comprehensive financial information and KPIs for managerial steering, decision-making
- Ensure financial documents and final accounts for internal and external reporting / auditing purposes are prepared
- Analyse and prepare reports to local LST & Global Finance Team.
- Control overall effectiveness of OM Peru and identifies potential for improvement.
- Provide sales profitability analysis per product
- Partner contract renewal business case analysis & support
- Develop KPI by department to drive efficiency
- Challenge local LST to reach financial target & beyond
- Participate in Global Finance Initiatives and implement them locally.
- Provides decision support to various stakeholders (teams, project teams, Head of departments....)
- Support global finance team, especially during audit
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent education
- At least 10 years' experience in Finance or similar experience in a multinational, complex environment
- Experience in accounting, budgeting and financial planning
- Proven experience in the analysis and reporting of full P&L business performance across a diverse international portfolio.
- Experience in many financial aspects (Sales, Supply Chain, OPEX,...)
- Professional level in Spanish, & English, both in Oral and Written communications
- Excellent user of Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Expert user of reporting systems, like Jedox, Sage, SAP, Hyperion or similar.
- Knowledge of financial standards including STAT Gaap & IFRS reporting, controlling, consolidation, budget and forecast
